New sparkling labels released

Drawing on heritage

In 2019, Josef Chromy Wines released a new look for our non-vintage sparkling range, the Josef Chromy NV Tasmanian Cuvee, and the Josef Chromy NV Sparkling Rose (previously released under the Pepik label).

The label shape draws on the ceiling of the Pilgrimage Church of St John of Nepomuk near Josef Chromy's home town of Žďár nad Sázavou, Czechia. The Church is a UNESCO World Heritage site (see below), and is significant to Joe as it was in its shadows that he and his two friends plotted their escape from Soviet-controlled Czechoslovakia in 1950.

The labels are a reflection of the wines - elegant, refined, and blending Tasmanian innovation with European tradition. Please enjoy!
