During these uncertain times, it gives us great pleasure to open our doors to you again under the new phase of relaxed restrictions. Josef Chromy Wines will be accepting bookings for lunch from Friday to Sunday for a two- or three-course fixed price menu.  

Our team is reconsidering our dining experience, and how we will best deliver this in the new hospitality climate. Head Chef Nick Raitt will further hone in on great local produce, cared for and cooked with heart and honesty. Our service staff are intent on bringing you a warm and welcoming service of the highest standard, led by our new Restaurant Manager Tim Tsoulos, ex Catalina & Red Lantern in Sydney.  

Our recent transition to Restaurant-style home reheat meals has had a fantastic response and we thank all who have supported it. We will continue to offer this service. 


Our reheat meals aim to give our customers a chance to experience the enjoyment of plating fine dining creations at home. We also hope it offers customers a chance to learn more about cooking, and gain confidence in their own kitchens. Gourmet Reheat Meals will continue to be available Thurs to Sun, for pickup between 1pm and 5pm, and for delivery to Relbia, and postcodes 7249 and 7250 between 12-5pm.

COVID-19 Booking Conditions

As we adjust to new arrangements, please note the following:

  • Bookings are accepted for a set menu of 2 courses $60pp, or 3 courses $75pp. View menu
  • Club and Staff dining discounts and benefits do not apply. We appreciate your understanding in these very challenging times.
  • Two seatings available at 11:45am and 2:00pm, Fri-Sun
  • Two hour time limit per booking
  • Maximum group size of 4 people for online bookings. For larger groups, please contact the restaurant. Minimum spends may apply
  • Vegan/vegetarian options available. Please advise when booking
