Josef Chromy Wines provides a spectacular location for you to experience superb Tasmanian wines and fine cuisine featuring fresh, local produce under the direction of Head Chef Nick Raitt.


Our philosophy is to showcase the very best in locally-sourced produce, matched to our award-winning wines. We offer a truly unique Tasmanian à la carte lunch menu, in addition to private cocktail parties, sit-down dinners, and gourmet BBQs in the gardens. 


Open for lunch 7 days/week from 11.30am. Last seating 2.30pm.


Awarded One Chef Hat in the 2017, 2018 and 2019 Australian Good Food and Wine Guide.

The famous region of Italy, full of fresh summer flavours, featuring local fish served aqua pazza style with strozzapretti pasta, buffalo mozzrella from Vanella Cheese Co., and fried  pizza with nutella, ricotta and nuts in a 'street food' style dessert. Friday 1 November, bookings from 5.30pm. A shared table menu from $60pp.
